Description
#111 is a silver glitter from the SNS Pro Green Book. The powder dips with no activator and sculpts with monomer, the gel is a soak-off gel polish and the lacquer air-dries, and all three are matched to this one shade. Choose the format above; the price is the same for every code in the book.
One of the 8 glitter finishes in the Green Book. The sparkle is in the powder, so it stays through the whole wear rather than sitting on top. It is most often used as an accent nail on a cream set, or as a full set for the holidays.
Why this powder
- Fewer steps. Two thin coats of base, two of powder, then file and top coat. No activator coat at any point, and no lamp for the dip.
- Hands and toes in one code. The gel and lacquer duo carries the same shade as the powder, so a client can wear #111 as dip on the hands and lacquer on the toes.
- Acrylic-ready. Sculpt the same powder with monomer when the client wants length rather than an overlay.
- One formula for the five jobs. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal, with our Nutri-Plus vitamins and minerals in the base and the powder.

How to apply #111
Start with a clean, dry plate: cuticles pushed back, nail shaped, shine buffed off, alcohol wipe. Then pick the service.
- Dip on the hands. Thin base, dip #111, tap, thin base, dip again. File, buff, top coat. There is no activator coat in this routine and nothing to cure.
- Gel on the hands. Cure a thin gel base, cure two thin coats of the #111 gel, cure the gel top and wipe.
- Lacquer on the toes. Two coats of the #111 lacquer, left to air-dry.
To remove the dip or the gel, soak in acetone. Do not peel; it takes the top layer of the plate with it.
Two bottles finish the dip service, a base and a top coat, both under Dip Essentials. If you run the duo as a gel service, the gel base and gel top are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #111
How do I get a smooth surface on a glitter powder like #111?
Glitter powders carry the sparkle in the powder itself, so the surface is a little more textured than a cream before you file. Do the same rounds of base and powder, then file lightly, buff, and rely on the top coat to level the finish. Most techs use a glitter as an accent nail over a cream from the same family.
How do I remove #111?
Acetone soak for the dip and the gel, ordinary remover for the lacquer. Wear is a few weeks for most clients, more or less depending on prep and what the hands do all day.
Do I need an activator with #111?
No. The powder in the Green Book sets without one. You dip over base, file, and go straight to top coat; the two activator coats of a standard dip service are left out. If your salon runs an activator routine on the 144-shade books, keep it for those and skip it here.
