Description
The emerald green glitter at #109 in the SNS Pro Green Book. Three ways to buy it on this one listing: the 1.5 oz dip and acrylic powder that needs no activator, the soak-off gel and air-dry lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three. Same number, same shade, whichever you pick.
One of the 8 glitter finishes in the Green Book. The sparkle is in the powder, so it stays through the whole wear rather than sitting on top. It is most often used as an accent nail on a cream set, or as a full set for the holidays.
Why this powder
- No activator step. Base, powder, base, powder, file, top coat. The two activator coats of a standard dip service are gone, along with the smell at the table.
- One code, three formats. The powder, the gel and the lacquer of #109 are built to one shade, so the hands and the toes match without a re-swatch.
- Dip or sculpt. The powder dips over base, and it also sculpts with monomer like an acrylic, so one jar covers both services.
- Our 5-in-1 formula. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and an easier soak-off removal in one powder, and our Nutri-Plus system adds vitamins and minerals to the base coat and the powder.

How to apply #109
Prep is the same for all three formats: push the cuticle back, shape, take the shine off the plate, wipe with alcohol.
- Dip. Two rounds of thin base and #109 powder, then file, buff and top coat. This powder sets without an activator, so that step is simply left out. No lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, two thin coats of the #109 gel and a gel top, each cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two air-dried coats of the #109 lacquer for toes or touch-ups.
Both the dip and the gel come off with an acetone soak.
Two bottles finish the dip service, a base and a top coat, both under Dip Essentials. If you run the duo as a gel service, the gel base and gel top are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #109
Is #109 a glitter or a shimmer?
A glitter. The sparkle is in the powder, so it runs through the whole layer and does not wear off the surface the way a glitter top coat does. Many salons pair it with a cream from the same family as an accent nail.
Can I sculpt with the #109 powder?
Yes. It is a dip and acrylic powder: dip it over base for an overlay, or pick it up with monomer and sculpt it over a form like any acrylic. The same jar covers both services, which is why the format is named Dip/Acrylic.
How do I remove #109?
Acetone soak for the dip and the gel, ordinary remover for the lacquer. Wear is a few weeks for most clients, more or less depending on prep and what the hands do all day.
