Description
Code #102 of the SNS Pro Green Book: a red. This is a book whose powder needs no activator coat, and every code in it is sold three ways on one listing: the 1.5 oz powder, the gel and lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three pieces matched to one shade.
A red like this does most of its work on a pedicure wall and on the client who books the same color every month. It reads as red under salon light and under daylight, so it photographs the way it looks on the hand.
Why this powder
- Fewer steps. Two thin coats of base, two of powder, then file and top coat. No activator coat at any point, and no lamp for the dip.
- Hands and toes in one code. The gel and lacquer duo carries the same shade as the powder, so a client can wear #102 as dip on the hands and lacquer on the toes.
- Acrylic-ready. Sculpt the same powder with monomer when the client wants length rather than an overlay.
- One formula for the five jobs. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal, with our Nutri-Plus vitamins and minerals in the base and the powder.

How to apply #102
Start with a clean, dry plate: cuticles pushed back, nail shaped, shine buffed off, alcohol wipe. Then pick the service.
- Dip on the hands. Thin base, dip #102, tap, thin base, dip again. File, buff, top coat. There is no activator coat in this routine and nothing to cure.
- Gel on the hands. Cure a thin gel base, cure two thin coats of the #102 gel, cure the gel top and wipe.
- Lacquer on the toes. Two coats of the #102 lacquer, left to air-dry.
To remove the dip or the gel, soak in acetone. Do not peel; it takes the top layer of the plate with it.
Pair the powder with a base and a top coat from Dip Essentials, and the gel with a base and top from Base & Top Gel. No activator is needed with this book.

Questions about #102
Which board is #102 on?
Board 4, which runs #091 to #120. The board is sold as one bundle in the same formats as this listing, so it is a way to fill a quarter of a Green Book wall in one order. The full book of 120 codes is sold the same way.
Is #102 used with an activator?
It is not. This is one of the two SNS Pro books whose powder sets on its own over base, so the service is base, powder, base, powder, file and top coat. Mixing the activator routine from the other books into this one is where mistakes come from, so keep the two routines apart.
Will the gel and lacquer match the #102 powder?
That is what the code is for. We build all three pieces of #102 to one shade, which SNS calls MasterMatch, so the powder on the hands and the lacquer on the toes read as one color. Match against the physical Green Book or the swatch photo above rather than a phone screen when the decision matters.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
