Description
The cobalt blue at #072 in the SNS Pro Green Book. Three ways to buy it on this one listing: the 1.5 oz dip and acrylic powder that needs no activator, the soak-off gel and air-dry lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three. Same number, same shade, whichever you pick.
Blues and teals are 21 of the 120 codes in the Green Book, so this shade has neighbours listed below. This one is a clear blue that reads the same on short and long nails.
Why this powder
- Skip the activator. This powder sets on its own over base, so the service is two coats shorter than a standard dip and there is no activator bottle to buy or to spill.
- The same shade in gel and lacquer. Every piece of #072 is matched to one color, which is why the same number is printed on the jar, the gel and the lacquer.
- Two services from one jar. Dip it over base with no lamp, or sculpt it with monomer as an acrylic.
- Built as a system. We formulate the base and the powder with our Nutri-Plus system, which adds vitamins and minerals, and the powder combines bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal.

How to apply #072
Prep once: push back the cuticle, shape, buff the shine off the plate and wipe with alcohol. Then the service decides the piece.
- Dip. A thin coat of base, dip into #072, tap off the excess, repeat once. File and buff, then top coat. No activator and no lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, cured. Two thin coats of the #072 gel, cured after each. Gel top, cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two coats of the #072 lacquer, air-dried. Top coat optional.
Removal for dip and gel is an acetone soak, never a peel.
Two bottles finish the dip service, a base and a top coat, both under Dip Essentials. If you run the duo as a gel service, the gel base and gel top are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #072
Can I buy #072 as part of a set?
Yes. It sits on board 3 of the Green Book, codes #061 to #090, and the board is sold as one bundle in each format, 30 codes at a time. The full 120-code book is also sold as one bundle.
Will the gel and lacquer match the #072 powder?
That is what the code is for. We build all three pieces of #072 to one shade, which SNS calls MasterMatch, so the powder on the hands and the lacquer on the toes read as one color. Match against the physical Green Book or the swatch photo above rather than a phone screen when the decision matters.
Is this a dip powder or an acrylic powder?
Both. Over base it works as a dip overlay; with monomer it sculpts like an acrylic. One jar of #072 does either job.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
