Description

Green Book #065 is a peach, one of the 120 codes in the SNS Pro Green Book, the dip and acrylic powder that sets without an activator. Pick the format on this listing: the powder alone, the matching gel and lacquer duo, or all three as a 3-in-1 set. The shade is the same in each.

A peach like this one is booked as a sheer-looking everyday color, and it pairs with the pale nudes in the Green Book for a soft French. The powder lays down more opaque than the lacquer, so check the swatch for the full-coverage look.

Why this powder

  • Fewer steps. Two thin coats of base, two of powder, then file and top coat. No activator coat at any point, and no lamp for the dip.
  • Hands and toes in one code. The gel and lacquer duo carries the same shade as the powder, so a client can wear #065 as dip on the hands and lacquer on the toes.
  • Acrylic-ready. Sculpt the same powder with monomer when the client wants length rather than an overlay.
  • One formula for the five jobs. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal, with our Nutri-Plus vitamins and minerals in the base and the powder.

How to apply #065

Start with a clean, dry plate: cuticles pushed back, nail shaped, shine buffed off, alcohol wipe. Then pick the service.

  1. Dip on the hands. Thin base, dip #065, tap, thin base, dip again. File, buff, top coat. There is no activator coat in this routine and nothing to cure.
  2. Gel on the hands. Cure a thin gel base, cure two thin coats of the #065 gel, cure the gel top and wipe.
  3. Lacquer on the toes. Two coats of the #065 lacquer, left to air-dry.

To remove the dip or the gel, soak in acetone. Do not peel; it takes the top layer of the plate with it.

Two bottles finish the dip service, a base and a top coat, both under Dip Essentials. If you run the duo as a gel service, the gel base and gel top are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #065

Is the swatch photo accurate?

It is the best online reference, but a screen is not a nail. For a color decision, match #065 against the physical Green Book. Packaging styles vary by batch; the code and the shade are the same.

Do I need an activator with #065?

No. The powder in the Green Book sets without one. You dip over base, file, and go straight to top coat; the two activator coats of a standard dip service are left out. If your salon runs an activator routine on the 144-shade books, keep it for those and skip it here.

Are the gel and the lacquer the same shade as the powder?

Yes, by design. The same number is printed on the jar, the gel and the lacquer because the three are matched to one color. Resins and pigment loads differ between a powder, a gel and a lacquer, so the match is engineered rather than automatic. Check it on the swatch photo or the physical book, not on a screen.

Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
