Description

Green Book #057 is a light pink, one of the 120 codes in the SNS Pro Green Book, the dip and acrylic powder that sets without an activator. Pick the format on this listing: the powder alone, the matching gel and lacquer duo, or all three as a 3-in-1 set. The shade is the same in each.

A pink like this is booked for everyday hands, for bridal parties and for the client who wants color without a statement. It is one of 33 pinks and mauves in the Green Book, so compare it against the codes below before you commit a whole wall.

Why this powder

  • Fewer steps. Two thin coats of base, two of powder, then file and top coat. No activator coat at any point, and no lamp for the dip.
  • Hands and toes in one code. The gel and lacquer duo carries the same shade as the powder, so a client can wear #057 as dip on the hands and lacquer on the toes.
  • Acrylic-ready. Sculpt the same powder with monomer when the client wants length rather than an overlay.
  • One formula for the five jobs. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal, with our Nutri-Plus vitamins and minerals in the base and the powder.

How to apply #057

Start with a clean, dry plate: cuticles pushed back, nail shaped, shine buffed off, alcohol wipe. Then pick the service.

  1. Dip on the hands. Thin base, dip #057, tap, thin base, dip again. File, buff, top coat. There is no activator coat in this routine and nothing to cure.
  2. Gel on the hands. Cure a thin gel base, cure two thin coats of the #057 gel, cure the gel top and wipe.
  3. Lacquer on the toes. Two coats of the #057 lacquer, left to air-dry.

To remove the dip or the gel, soak in acetone. Do not peel; it takes the top layer of the plate with it.

The dip needs a base and a top coat and nothing else: they are under Dip Essentials. Gel base and top for the duo are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #057

Is the swatch photo accurate?

It is the best online reference, but a screen is not a nail. For a color decision, match #057 against the physical Green Book. Packaging styles vary by batch; the code and the shade are the same.

Can I sculpt with the #057 powder?

Yes. It is a dip and acrylic powder: dip it over base for an overlay, or pick it up with monomer and sculpt it over a form like any acrylic. The same jar covers both services, which is why the format is named Dip/Acrylic.

How do I remove #057?

Acetone soak for the dip and the gel, ordinary remover for the lacquer. Wear is a few weeks for most clients, more or less depending on prep and what the hands do all day.

Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
