Description
Green Book #049 is an aqua, one of the 120 codes in the SNS Pro Green Book, the dip and acrylic powder that sets without an activator. Pick the format on this listing: the powder alone, the matching gel and lacquer duo, or all three as a 3-in-1 set. The shade is the same in each.
Aqua is a beach-season shade, and it is one of the pastels that show the powder's even coverage best. It sits with the 21 blues and teals in the Green Book; the codes below are the nearest steps up and down.
Why this powder
- Fewer steps. Two thin coats of base, two of powder, then file and top coat. No activator coat at any point, and no lamp for the dip.
- Hands and toes in one code. The gel and lacquer duo carries the same shade as the powder, so a client can wear #049 as dip on the hands and lacquer on the toes.
- Acrylic-ready. Sculpt the same powder with monomer when the client wants length rather than an overlay.
- One formula for the five jobs. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and easy removal, with our Nutri-Plus vitamins and minerals in the base and the powder.

How to apply #049
Prep once: push back the cuticle, shape, buff the shine off the plate and wipe with alcohol. Then the service decides the piece.
- Dip. A thin coat of base, dip into #049, tap off the excess, repeat once. File and buff, then top coat. No activator and no lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, cured. Two thin coats of the #049 gel, cured after each. Gel top, cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two coats of the #049 lacquer, air-dried. Top coat optional.
Removal for dip and gel is an acetone soak, never a peel.
For the dip you need our base and top coat, both under Dip Essentials; there is no activator to buy. The gel base and gel top for the duo are under Base & Top Gel.

Questions about #049
Which board is #049 on?
Board 2, which runs #031 to #060. The board is sold as one bundle in the same formats as this listing, so it is a way to fill a quarter of a Green Book wall in one order. The full book of 120 codes is sold the same way.
Are the gel and the lacquer the same shade as the powder?
Yes, by design. The same number is printed on the jar, the gel and the lacquer because the three are matched to one color. Resins and pigment loads differ between a powder, a gel and a lacquer, so the match is engineered rather than automatic. Check it on the swatch photo or the physical book, not on a screen.
Can I sculpt with the #049 powder?
Yes. It is a dip and acrylic powder: dip it over base for an overlay, or pick it up with monomer and sculpt it over a form like any acrylic. The same jar covers both services, which is why the format is named Dip/Acrylic.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
