Description
Code #036 of the SNS Pro Green Book: a light nude. This is a book whose powder needs no activator coat, and every code in it is sold three ways on one listing: the 1.5 oz powder, the gel and lacquer duo, or the 3-in-1 set with all three pieces matched to one shade.
A nude like this is the workhorse of a color wall: full sets, French bases, and the client who wants her nails to look like her nails, only better. The Green Book carries 19 nudes and browns, so compare the neighbours below to pick the undertone that suits the hand.
Why this powder
- No activator step. Base, powder, base, powder, file, top coat. The two activator coats of a standard dip service are gone, along with the smell at the table.
- One code, three formats. The powder, the gel and the lacquer of #036 are built to one shade, so the hands and the toes match without a re-swatch.
- Dip or sculpt. The powder dips over base, and it also sculpts with monomer like an acrylic, so one jar covers both services.
- Our 5-in-1 formula. Bonding, strength, shine, protection and an easier soak-off removal in one powder, and our Nutri-Plus system adds vitamins and minerals to the base coat and the powder.

How to apply #036
Prep is the same for all three formats: push the cuticle back, shape, take the shine off the plate, wipe with alcohol.
- Dip. Two rounds of thin base and #036 powder, then file, buff and top coat. This powder sets without an activator, so that step is simply left out. No lamp.
- Gel. Gel base, two thin coats of the #036 gel and a gel top, each cured, then wipe the tacky layer.
- Lacquer. Two air-dried coats of the #036 lacquer for toes or touch-ups.
Both the dip and the gel come off with an acetone soak.
Pair the powder with a base and a top coat from Dip Essentials, and the gel with a base and top from Base & Top Gel. No activator is needed with this book.

Questions about #036
Why does #036 look different on my screen?
Because screens shift color. The swatch photo above is the closest reference we can give online, and the physical Green Book is the one to use for a client decision. Packaging may vary by batch; the shade does not.
Is this a dip powder or an acrylic powder?
Both. Over base it works as a dip overlay; with monomer it sculpts like an acrylic. One jar of #036 does either job.
How long does #036 last, and how does it come off?
Most clients get a few weeks from a dip set, though prep and lifestyle move that a lot. The dip and the gel both come off with an acetone soak; the lacquer with regular remover. Never peel a dip or gel set, it takes the surface of the nail with it.
Color swatches vary with screens and lighting. For accuracy, match against the physical SNS Green Book. Packaging styles may vary by batch.
