Smart Lateral Balance Stepper With Resistance Bands

Balance, sway, step, and move in a whole new way.

The Sunny Health & Fitness Smart Balance Stepper with Resistance Bands (SF-S026002) is a compact balance-cardio machine designed for adults who want a more engaging way to stay active at home. Instead of the repetitive up-and-down movement of a traditional mini stepper, it guides you through a rhythmic side-to-side, ski-inspired sway and glide motion that combines cardio with balance, coordination and controlled weight shifting.

Two separate pedals provide defined placement for each foot while remaining mechanically connected so they move together in sync. As you shift from side to side, the sloped track naturally raises one pedal while lowering the other, creating a controlled combination of lateral swaying and stepping. This movement engages the hips, inner and outer thighs, glutes, calves and core stabilizers while supporting balance, coordination, movement timing and lateral movement awareness.

For more workout variety, adjustable-length resistance bands add arm, shoulder and back movement for a more complete full-body routine. Large textured pedals provide defined foot placement, while the LCD monitor tracks key workout metrics. Bluetooth connectivity also connects with the SunnyFit App for workout tracking and training support.
