The cutting edges of the nippers are elaborately hand-ground by Japanese master blacksmiths in the tradition of the samurai and are therefore particularly sharp. The secret to a healthy and clean nail bed lies in the proper use of your professional cuticle nippers: soak your nails in warm, soapy water for five to ten minutes before use. Then gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle pusher. Apply the professional cuticle nipper to the cuticle at an angle and remove the excess skin in small cuts. The result is well-groomed nails with a beautiful nail bed!
