Schipkaensis Cherry Laurel

A glossy evergreen powerhouse for fast, dense privacy, with fragrant spring blooms and a naturally tidy look

FEATURES:

• Dense, vase-shaped evergreen habit with a refined, layered look that reads polished year-round
• Glossy, medium to dark green foliage that creates instant structure and screening
• Fragrant white flower spikes in spring, a subtle bloom show with a surprisingly sweet scent
• Tough and adaptable in sun to partial shade, and notably tolerant of pruning when you want a crisp hedge line
• Evergreen with no real fall color shift, the “green stays green” friend your winter landscape needs
• Hand Selected; Fresh from the Grower
• Ships on our trucks because of the size of the tree – does not fit in a box

Bower & Branch Landscape Design Tip:

For the most elevated look, plant in a consistent line with a generous mulch strip underneath, then soften the front edge with lower mounding evergreens or ornamental grasses so the cherry laurel becomes a smooth, glossy backdrop while the foreground adds movement and seasonal color; if you’re shaping it into a hedge, aim for a slightly wider base than top so sunlight reaches the lower branches and it stays full from the ground up.
