The SaunaBox Forge Indoor is a 1-person traditional dry sauna powered by a 3.5 kW Harvia® electric heater. Crafted with Canadian Hemlock and designed to reach up to 200°F, it brings the Finnish sauna experience into your home in a compact, modern cabin.

Close the glass door. Set the temperature. Let the rest of the day wait. Natural wood, soft ambient lighting, and a contoured backrest create a private place to slow down, without leaving home.

Traditional sauna heat. Up to 200°F.

Forge Indoor uses a Harvia electric heater to heat sauna stones and warm the surrounding air, creating the enveloping heat of a traditional Finnish-style sauna. Choose your temperature with the thermostat, then settle into a session that is entirely your own.

Prefer a burst of steam? Small amounts of water can be ladled onto the heated sauna stones in accordance with the Harvia operating instructions, briefly increasing humidity and changing the feel of the heat.

Powered by a 3.5 kW Harvia® heater

At the heart of Forge Indoor is the Harvia Vega Compact 3.5 kW electric sauna heater. Two manual dials keep operation straightforward: one controls the timer, and the other adjusts the temperature.

Allow approximately 25 minutes to reach 170°F. Higher temperatures take longer, and warm-up time varies with room temperature and operating conditions.

Canadian Hemlock. Made to feel at home.

A light-toned Hemlock interior brings natural warmth and visible wood grain to the cabin. Its low-resin, low-odor character keeps the space understated, while the black painted Canadian Hemlock exterior gives Forge Indoor a clean architectural finish.

The tempered glass door opens the view into the cabin. An illuminated oval handle, slatted wood detailing, and integrated side ventilation complete the design.

A personal sauna, down to the details

The single-person bench, S-shaped ergonomic backrest, and included footrest give you a dedicated place to sit and unwind. Select your preferred ambient light color, find a comfortable position, and make a little room in your day for yourself.

A compact indoor sauna for your space

Forge Indoor measures approximately 43.3 inches wide, 41.3 inches deep, and 80.7 inches tall. Its compact cabin makes a traditional home sauna possible within a suitable existing room.

Choose a dry, ventilated indoor location with a level floor that supports the sauna and its occupant. Allow additional space for the door to open, assembly, ventilation, overhead connections, and maintenance. The cabinet dimensions alone are not the required installation clearance.

Warm-up times and maximum temperature depend on ambient conditions, installation, and use. Electrical installation must follow the current SaunaBox and Harvia manuals and applicable local codes.

Plan your installation

Forge Indoor requires a dedicated 240V electrical connection and must be hardwired by a licensed electrician. It does not connect to a standard household outlet. Have your electrician review the current installation manuals and your home’s electrical setup before installation.

The panel-based cabin requires at least two adults for assembly. Plan for approximately two hours to assemble the sauna, plus separate time for professional heater installation and electrical work. Your installer should verify all required clearances, ventilation, and site conditions.
