San Augustine Jhoan Vergara

San Augustine is a fully washed microlot sourced from Jhoan Vergara and Nestor Lasso in Huila, Colombia. Together, they lead Peñas Blancas, a centralized post-harvest hub where small-scale farmers can access world-class processing techniques.

Torque extends the roast development to build a heavier, more viscous body while preserving the coffee’s balanced acidity and complexity. The cup opens with malt balls and chocolate bars, followed by juicy red apple and toffee, with milk chocolate, caramel, and a light citrus lift underneath.
