Ruh Neb by artist Ben Hur is an eerie, otherworldly pick from Sullen's Sullenween October Capsule, printed on a standard cotton tee. The front artwork gives off the feeling of a spirit staring straight back at you, a frozen, glowing specter that seems to be pulled from the cold depths of a haunted dream.
