1. Squat rack mount | Fits Rogue® Monster Lite/Monster Racks and similar racks | For compatibility, simply confirm that the rack has 5/8" diameter holes (or larger) with 2" spacing

2. Direct wall mount | Single stud installation instead of two studs like our Delta model.
