Rose Petal Infused Honey

This honey is the first Good Food Award winning honey in the state. Biodynamic rose petals from Happy Heart Farm CSA in Fort Collins are gently stirred into the alfalfa/wildflower honey and left to infuse for the summer. The result is a subtle rose scented and flavored utterly delicious honey. It is simply stunning with a warm brie or goat cheese, and great on ice cream.
