A red-ribbed cultivar of Swiss Chard, Rhubarb Chard is one of the prettiest greens around. The plants are vigorous and leafy, making them a gorgeous (and healthy) edible landscaping plant. Rhubarb Chard boasts the brightest of red stalks, with brilliant green leaves that can span 12 inches across. Just a few leaves are enough for a summer sauté.
