New & fun chrome flakes that are used over your OutShine no-wipe gel top coat or right on the sticky layer of your gel polish. These will leave a chunky chrome application shining lots of different colors. Stamp, paint or even use the Tinted Glass tops over them to get a true opal stone look! These are gorgeous!
