Raspberry - Red Amity

Amity is a red primocane raspberry offered as a bundle of three dormant bare-root plants. Extension references describe moderate vigor, small bright-red fruit with medium firmness and very good flavor, and suitability for home gardens.

• Plant form: 3 dormant bare-root raspberry plants
• USDA zones: 4–9
• Chill requirement: 500–1,000 hours
• Fruiting type: Primocane / everbearing
• Pollination: Self-fruitful; one variety can set fruit
• Sun: Full sun

Plant in fertile, well-drained soil, maintain even moisture, and keep the row narrow for airflow and harvest access. For one late-summer to fall crop, cut fruited primocanes to the ground during dormancy. In climates with a long enough season, lower cane portions may be retained for a smaller floricane crop and removed after fruiting. Performance and timing vary by region.
