Purple Sun Carrot

90 days. Whether harvested as a baby carrot or grown to its full length of 8 inches, Purple Sun fits the bill. Unlike other purple carrots, it has a strikingly strong purple color from skin to core. The conical roots are highly pointed at the tip with flat to rounded shoulders. Purple Sun is loaded with anthocyanin, a flavonoid with strong evidence of health benefits in humans!
