Penetrates the surface of the nail plate and dehydrates the nail completely preparing it for bonding and adhesion of any nail system.
Apply 2 to 3 coats before applying acrylic product. Let each coat dry to a chalky white except the last coat. Apply acrylic powder while the last coat is still wet.
