The Power Plate my8 combines whole-body vibration with integrated electronic resistance cables, giving you more ways to train on one platform. PrecisionWave™ Technology provides controlled vibration, while the retractable proMOTION™ cables add multidirectional resistance.

The my8 is Power Plate's flagship in-home model, with an interactive interface and access to more than 250 coach-led workouts and more than 1,000 exercise videos. Instead of relying on a separate workout plan, users can follow on-screen exercise guidance and select sessions that suit their training goals. The integrated platform and cables also make it possible to combine standing vibration exercises with resistance-based movements in one workout area.

Add Resistance Without Adding Another Machine

The electronic proMOTION™ resistance cables retract into the unit and provide three preset resistance settings controlled from the interface. This adds upper-body and functional training movements to the vibration platform without requiring a separate cable machine. The cables can be used for movements that involve pulling or pressing against resistance while the platform provides the vibration component of the session.

The my8 offers 30–45 Hz vibration settings in 1 Hz increments, allowing users to select a specific frequency rather than rely on a single preset. Low and high amplitude options provide another way to adjust the session, while multiple time selections and secondary controls make it easier to set up and repeat workouts. Together with the three cable-resistance settings, these controls give users flexibility to configure different types of exercises.

The Power Plate my8 is designed for a dedicated home fitness space, with an upright column, integrated handles and a large platform for standing positions and exercise transitions. The my8 measures 33 × 39 × 59 inches, has a 33 × 24 × 10-inch platform, weighs 245 lb and supports a maximum load of 350 lb. Plan enough clear space around the machine to use its resistance cables comfortably.
