Two Motors, One More Controlled Vibration Experience
The Power Plate my5 combines a full-size vibration platform with an upright column and built-in handles, giving you a stable setup for standing exercises, stretching and recovery work. Power Plate's patented PrecisionWave™ Technology delivers controlled multidirectional vibration across a 30–40 Hz range.
The my5's DualSync™ Twin Motor System synchronizes the vibration system, while the larger platform gives you room to change positions during a session. Frequency is adjustable in 1 Hz increments, with low or high amplitude settings.
Simple Controls That Keep You Moving
The redesigned my5 features a 5-inch LCD touchscreen, lower repeat control, and remote control. Four built-in quick-start programs cover Flexibility, Core, Strength and Massage, while the timer can run for up to nine minutes.
The upright frame provides integrated handles for stability during standing movements. The my5 also includes two hand straps, three rubber mats, an exercise poster, power cord and dust covers.
A Dedicated Vibration Trainer for Home
The Power Plate my5 can be used for standing exercises, stretching, mobility work and recovery sessions. Its textured platform is designed for grip, while the adjustable frequency and amplitude settings let you tailor the vibration to the session.
The my5 measures 27 × 38.5 × 58 inches, with a 27 × 23 × 10-inch platform, weighs 153 lb and supports a maximum load of 300 lb. It uses AC 100–240V power and has a nominal operating range of 160–320VA.
