This covers the administrative costs associated with obtaining the permit. It does not cover other expenses such as the permit itself, engineered drawings, or specific local requirements like septic or seismic regulations. The local municipality sets these additional costs and charges them at their actual rates, with no markup included.

• The Permit Service does not include the cost of the permit
• Permit cost can vary greatly by location and project scope

Engineered drawings and costs (if required):

• The Permit Service does NOT include the cost of engineered drawings (if required)
• Cost for engineered drawings is an additional $650 paid directly to Heartland after purchase
