Description
Here the Paris 42 in. W x 22 in. D single sink vanity comes in Blue Heather, a quiet, dusty blue that behaves like a neutral against white tile or warm brass. The extra six inches over the 36 in. cabinet buy real counter space beside the basin, and the classic raised-panel doors keep the piece traditional in feel.
Design and construction
The doors are framed and paneled rather than flat, so the color breaks across the recesses and the front gains depth. Painted over birch, never MDF or particleboard, the cabinet keeps the strength of a wood case where hinges and pulls are fastened. Drawer boxes use dovetail joinery at the corners and soft-close slides that stop the last inch of travel. The birch is FSC-certified.
Countertop and finish
Top it in quartz, marble, quartzite or terrazzo, sized to the 42 in. cabinet and finished with a Cove edge. A backsplash in the same stone is included so the wall line stays consistent. The undermount basin is set into the stone at installation, and the top ships in a protective box of its own.
