Organic Music Garlic (lb)

Music is easy to love: vigorous plants, crisp edible scapes and smooth white bulbs filled with a few broad, easy-peel cloves. This Italian-to-Canadian heirloom is friendly to first-time hardneck growers yet rewarding enough to become a long-term favorite.

The flavor is rich and balanced rather than fiercely hot. Use it raw in hummus, dressings and marinades, or roast the big cloves into a smooth aromatic paste for bread, potatoes and soups.

Plant in fall in full sun where winter chill can support strong growth. Harvest curled scapes first, then dig the bulbs around mid-summer as lower leaves brown.
