Yes, you can grow lettuce as a microgreen! It provides a sweet, tender, true lettuce flavor in a delicate, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Best used fresh as a "mini-salad" garnish, tossed with a drop of olive oil, a dash of vinegar, salt, and pepper. Great on tacos and sandwiches! One ounce of seed will grow 10-20 batches in our windowsill microgreens trays.
