A beautiful, purpley-green, succulent microgreen with a fantastic nutritional profile. Great as a topping on both raw and cooked foods, and looks especially good combined with other microgreens, as this lets its color profile stand out. One ounce of seed will grow 10-20 batches in our windowsill microgreens trays.
