Organic German White Garlic (lb)

Snowy wrappers and impressively broad cloves make Organic German White a satisfying garlic to grow and a pleasure to use. This cold-loving Porcelain hardneck forms substantial bulbs with just 4–6 easy-peel cloves, plus tender scapes for an early taste of the harvest.

The flavor is lively and spicy when raw, then becomes smoother and earthier with heat. Try it in pesto, salsa and dressings, or roast the generous cloves for bread, potatoes, soups and sauces.

Plant in fall in full sun and freely draining soil. Harvest curled scapes while tender, then lift the bulbs around mid-summer when the lower leaves begin to brown.
