Onion - Minced, Roasted

We source only California minced and granulated onion and garlic. This roasted minced onion is especially flavorful because the gentle roasting brings out the natural sweetness. Roasting also mellows the onion, making it less sharp Use it when you see minced onion in the ingredients and you'll enjoy deeper, richer flavor.
