Nutritional Yeast

Nutritional yeast is deactivated yeast popular with vegans and vegetarians for its nutty, cheesy and creamy flavor. It's often used as a cheese and/or butter substitute. It is a significant source of some B-complex vitamins.

We love nutritional yeast on croutons like the ones in our Vegan Caesar Salad. It's also the umami component of our Rougarou Blend. It's fantastic on potatoes, vegetables, chicken and popcorn!
