Apply to the nails after the dip powder has been applied. The activator cures the dip powder and makes it hard and durable.
To use Activator, simply apply a thin coat to all nails using a brush. Be sure to coat the underside of the free edge as well. Allow the activator to air dry for approximately 30 seconds. Once the activator has dried, you can buff the nails to remove any imperfections.
