Description
Narcissus 'Delnashaugh' is an unusual Double Daffodil with rounded creamy white petals surrounding a center full of short, ruffled apricot segments. Longer, pointed, starry white segments divide the apricot ones, creating a luscious effect. Sturdy stems, each holding one bloom, add to its appeal in the garden and in a vase. Late midseason.
Double Daffodils have a central cluster of petals and are almost roselike in form. Doubles are good for showing, bedding, and picking.
Narcissus blooms are for many gardeners the first visible signs of spring. These vigorous, long-lived bulbs thrive joyously in sunny, well-drained places, are shunned by hungry deer and voles, and will thrive and multiply with little care on your part, creating a glorious landscape and a horticultural legacy.
