The Multi Back Extension is a multifunctional machine designed to target various lower body muscle groups such as your glutes, hamstrings, and deep back. This machine features an adjustable thigh pad that adjusts to 9 different positions to accommodate users of different heights. The footplate adjusts to 6 height positions; lower setting shortens the hamstrings and promotes more of the hip extension load onto the gluteus maximus for maximum glute isolation while a higher setting assists in hamstring targeted training. The calf pad adjusts to 5 levels, and the foot platform is dual angle and anti-slip for added stability while training.
