Perfectly suited for harvesting as microgreens. Pakchoi Arax has a very upright growth habit and displays bicolored foliage in deep red and light green tones. Its crunchy stems and tender leaves offer a mildly spicy, slightly sweet flavor with subtle mustard notes. Sowing is possible year-round.
