Micro Brush Set

This set, created by industry veteran Annie Kreighbaum, comprises five specialized brushes with unusually petite heads that make intricate techniques—from pinpoint concealing and razor-fine liner to individual brow hairs—feel intuitive.

Each instrument is handmade in Kumano, Japan—one of the world’s great centers of brushmaking—with careful consideration given to bristle density, length, shape, handle size, and weight to optimize control, placement, and blending. The brush heads are individually hand-crimped to their handles for an especially secure construction designed to stand up to years of use.

The five-piece edit includes comprehensive options for techniques across the eyes, brows, complexion, and lips, and all are suitable for use with liquid, cream, and powder formulas. Each set also includes Kraum’s conditioning Brush Soap and a detailed User’s Manual.

• Micro Angle Brush: An ultra-precise angled brush for creating a classic cat eye, petite liner wings, and other clean lines, as well as applying faux lashes
• Micro Saber Brush: A fine-tipped brush for exceptionally thin, even lines. Use it for delicate eyeliner, hair-like brow strokes, faux lashes, freckles, and beauty marks
• Micro Swab Brush: A petite, rounded brush designed for controlled smudging, targeted powder application, and softly blurred lip edge
• Micro Square Brush: A tiny squared brush for lining directly along the lash roots and waterline, drawing realistic brow hairs, and tracing a clean, sharp lip line
• Micro Taper Brush: A finely tapered multitasker ideal for pinpoint concealing, soft winged liner, precise highlighting, and lip definition
