Condition: Never used. Exterior shows surface scratches/marks from handling or storage (see photos), not from cooking use. Interior, handle, and lid are in perfect condition with no damage. Please review photos closely, as they are part of the description.

• Bilaminated copper stainless steel: polished copper exterior (90%), stainless steel interior (10%). Copper thickness: 1.5mm. The copper exterior offers superior control, heating evenly and much faster than other metals, while the stainless steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of food and is easy to clean.
• Brass handles: traditional and substantial, offering a comfortable grip and good balance. Pouring rims on every piece.
• Can be used on all cooking surfaces: gas, electric, halogen stovetops, and in the oven; also compatible with induction stovetops using the Mauviel induction interface disc (sold separately)
• Hand wash only; not dishwasher safe
• Care: Do not use high heat for a long period of time. Do not leave an empty pan on a heated burner for an extended period. Do not use metal utensils on the cooking surface. Avoid scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach, and oven cleaners — these can scratch or damage the cookware and will void the warranty.
• Maximum temperature: cooktop knobs or controls should not be used at 100% heating power with this cookware; use at 60% capacity (level 6 out of 10).
