‘Love Lies Bleeding’ Heirloom Amaranth Seeds

Love Lies Bleeding is pure garden drama: long, tasseling ropes of deep burgundy-red flowers spill from upright plants like botanical velvet. The 3–4-foot form gives sunny beds a bold vertical accent while the trailing blooms soften every edge.

This old-fashioned amaranth thrives in summer heat and makes an unforgettable cut or dried flower. Its young leaves and mature seeds are edible too, bringing an heirloom grain tradition to an ornamental planting.
