Life Fitness Heat Performance Row

Description
The guesswork problem
Most rowers guess at your effort. This one measures it.
Air-only rowers get louder and harder to control the harder you pull. Magnetic-only rowers feel smooth but plateau, never quite matching the resistance of a hard sprint. Most consoles just approximate your output from stroke rate and guesswork.
The Life Fitness Heat Performance Row runs on a dual air and magnetic resistance system controlled by a 300 degree dial positioned within reach of the catch position, so you can adjust intensity mid-stroke across 100 resistance levels without breaking rhythm.
The WattRate direct power meter reads your actual output instead of estimating it, giving you accurate wattage numbers whether you are pacing an endurance piece or grinding through sprint intervals.
Built around real feedback
A console that coaches you, not just counts strokes
The TFT2.0 console turns raw output data into feedback you can actually use mid-workout.
WattRate Power Meter
Measures real power output in watts, not an estimate.
Coach by Color
Color-coded zones show if you are on pace, ahead, or fading.
Handlebar Controls
Switch training modes with buttons on the handle, mid-stroke.
Race a Friend and Race a Distance programs turn training into a competition, and quick-release ratchet foot straps get you out of the machine fast once the workout ends.
What rowers say
Owners are still logging serious mileage years in
4,800 meters in 25 minutes, at age 81
"My wife and I just added two Heat Rowers to our workout rooms. They are excellent machines, very well built. The support we get from Life Fitness has always been excellent. At 81 years old I row 4,800 meters in 25 minutes and it is my favorite part of the workout. I highly recommend the Heat Row and Life Fitness."

Budget rowers typically rely on a single resistance type and a basic display that estimates effort from stroke rate alone. The Heat Performance Row's dual resistance system and direct power measurement are built for accuracy and durability that single-mode rowers cannot match.
Ideal for
Serious rowers who want accurate power data, anyone who has outgrown the resistance range of a budget rower, and training spaces where multiple users share one machine.
