How to apply C08-08
- Prep: cuticles back, buff the shine off, wipe, then cure a thin gel base (Base & Top Gel).
- Thin first coat of C08-08, free edge capped, cured 60 seconds.
- Second coat, and a third where the finish wants it: One coat for a chrome-tinted sheer, two for a glassy jelly. Cure 60 seconds after each.
- Seal with a glossy gel top coat and cure.

Questions about C08-08
What does HEMA-free mean here? Lavis formulates the C-series without HEMA, the small monomer in most gel products and the one most often named when a client reacts to gel. That is an exclusion, not a guarantee that no one reacts.
Can I layer C08-08 over a cream color? Yes. One coat over a cured solid adds the jelly with silver chrome shimmer finish to that color; two coats over bare base give the look Lavis designed.
How is it removed? A normal gel soak-off: file the top thin, wrap in acetone, wait, push the softened gel away. Never pry.
