Inside is cocoa butter, shea butter, apricot kernel and avocado oils, set with beeswax and soy wax. That's what makes it solid at room temperature and liquid the moment it touches skin. The scent is real lavender essential oil — soft and herbal rather than the sharp synthetic version — which makes it a natural end-of-day product.

Swipe it directly onto dry skin and rub in with your fingers, or just let your body heat do the work. It's happiest right after a shower, on skin still slightly damp. Best on the spots that actually get rough: elbows, knees, shins, hands, cuticles, heels. Keep one in a bag and one on the desk; there is nothing to spill.
