Description
Exclusive to High Country Gardens, our Large Soft Colors Inferno Strip Pre-Planned Garden (based on our bestselling Soft Colors Inferno Strip Pre-Planned Garden) was created by renowned Colorado garden designer Lauren Springer. This larger garden is designed for hot, sunny, sites like those found against garage walls, along driveways, or in raised brick planter beds. Perfect for that inferno strip (also called hell strip or parking strip, the space between the sidewalk and street) where nothing seems to grow. It includes a mix of North American native plants as well as plants from around the world. Pair with our Soft Colors Inferno Strip Grass Collection and our Soft Colors Garden Fall-Planted Bulb Collection.
This garden is not recommended for coastal areas of California, Washington, and Oregon, as the Valerian (Centranthus) can behave aggressively there.
Our customer Chelsea has created an absolutely stunning park strip garden at her home in Utah, inspired by our Soft Colors Inferno Strip Pre-Planned Garden. Learn more about her process: Waterwise Parkstrip Planting In Utah Inspired By Soft Colors
*Plants are subject to change due to availability. If we make substitutions, we feature plants with similar attributes suitable to the garden design.
