Jhoan Vergara Pink Bourbon

Jhoan Vergara produces this Pink Bourbon at his family farm in Huila, Colombia, where he works alongside his brothers to refine fermentation and drying. 

This lot undergoes a washed thermal shock process that brings out the fruity cereal sweetness of Froot Loops, the sweet-tart brightness of candied lemon drop, and the crisp acidity of green apple. The finish is clean and refreshing, bringing it all into balance.

About the Roaster:
