Improved Artichoke - Green Globe

Freshly harvested and quickly steamed, artichokes are sweet, nutty and delicate tasting with a tender texture. Plants bear sizes from 4- to 6-inch jumbos to 3-inch babies. Harvest your succulent “chokes” when they are solid and heavy for their size and petals are still tightly closed. Size doesn’t matter; they are all delicious! Artichokes’ serrated blue-green foliage is highly ornamental; plants make handsome accents in veggie and flower beds and as edible landscaping throughout the garden.
