If your teeth are more straight or flat rather than rounded, the caps may not grip as tightly. We custom-make each piece based on your exact molds, but because every tooth shape is different, we can’t guarantee a perfectly secure fit in every case. If the fit feels a little loose, we recommend using a dental adhesive like Poligrip for extra hold.
