The natural shape of your teeth makes a big difference in how single, double, or triple caps fit. Our grillz use a compression fit, which means they rely on slight pressure to stay in place. If your teeth are more straight or flat rather than rounded, the caps may not grip as tightly. We custom-make each piece based on your exact molds, but because every tooth shape is different, we can’t guarantee a perfectly secure fit in every case. If the fit feels a little loose, we recommend using a dental adhesive like Poligrip for extra hold.
