Holiday Bay Leaf Wreath

Cooks who decorate for the holidays will love our Holiday Bay Leaf Wreath. This very full round of fresh, aromatic Bay leaves is looped and tied at the top with a rustic red jute ribbon accented with two golden bells. The Bay leaves may be snipped off, fresh or dried, for use during the holidays and well beyond. They add flavor and fragrance to soups, stews, paellas, risottos, and many other dishes.

The Bay leaves will be ready to use in about 10-14 days. They will gradually turn a lighter green, lose their fragrance, and become brittle as they dry. Pull off a leaf and use right away or harvest several leaves, allow them to air dry, and store in a sealed jar for up to one year. The fragrance and flavor of the Bay leaves will be released as they are cooked in soups, stews, paellas, risottos, and many other dishes.
