Heart Throb® Japanese Dogwood

A show-stopped Japanese Dogwood with deep rosy-pink blossoms, glowing fall color, and four-season.

FEATURES:

• Distinctive rosy-pink flower bracts in late spring and early summer
• Compact rounded habit perfect for home landscapes
• Smooth, exfoliating bark adds texture and winter interest
• Vibrant reddish-purple fall foliage for seasonal drama
• Blooms later than native dogwoods, extending the flowering season
• Vigorous, low-maintenance, and disease resistant
• Ships on our trucks because of the size of the tree; does not fit in a box

Bower & Branch Landscape Design Tip

Situate Heart Throb® where it can catch the morning or evening light. When the sun illuminates the pink bracts from behind, the entire tree seems to glow. Pair it with groundcovers or perennials in complementary colors, such as purple heucheras or white astilbes, for an extra layer of seasonal contrast.
