Hardy Terrestrial Orchid ‘Yokohama’ (Bletilla striata ’Yokohama’)

Pale pink flowers with golden-yellow on the lip rise on tall stems from late spring to summer on this new Hardy Terrestrial Orchid ‘Yokohama’. The bloom season usually lasts 4-6 weeks and it makes a delightful addition to a partially shady, perennial garden. The Iris-like, ribbed foliage dies back in the fall before the plant goes dormant for winter. Grow in rich moist soil and prepare to be delighted.
