Gunner™ Triticale

Triticum secale Gunner™ is a completely awnless (beardless) grain, meaning it doesn’t have the bristle-like growth that extends from the seed head that you often see on wheat or rye. This unique trait makes Gunner™ an exceptional choice for foraging, grazing, and food production. Known for its vigorous growth, strong disease resistance, and drought tolerance, Gunner™ performs reliably across a wide range of regions and soil types. A versatile grain, it's well-suited for both fall and spring planting. Recommended seeding rate: 50-120 pounds per acre with the lower end for forage and higher for grain production.

Available only in the contiguous US.
